Timo is the best place to eat in San Antonio. It’s not fancy, it’s not full of celebrities and it’s not touristy. Timo is good for people that like a good burger and are craving a place to sit and enjoy a meal. No one is under the illusion that it’s expensive, we all know that, at least on the surface. The truth is the place is a labor of love.

Timo has consistently been one of the best places in town to eat for a decade and a half, but its not touristy. A lot of people go to Timo to eat and they never seem to feel like theyre missing out. Its not that the menu is lacking, its that they dont want to spend time on it. The reason they dont want to spend time on it is because they dont care enough about it.
In my opinion, Timo is the perfect place to go for dinner because it’s never busy. It’s more of a casual, casual, casual restaurant than a restaurant.
Its good to know that Timo is run by a bunch of nerds who love their job, but don’t like the idea of leaving their families to work at Timo (and the other restaurants in town). At Timo they try to keep the menu small, but also very healthy. The restaurant is home to an extensive salad list, and they make the best veggie burgers I have ever had. The food is also incredibly good value, with portions that are ridiculously cheap.
As the owner of Timo, I have to be honest that I think Timo is a bit of a disappointment. If you want to make a meal at Timo, you can’t just go to the drive-thru and get a burger and fries. If you want a burger, you have to call Timo. Timo is run by nerds. The food is a little disappointing, but if you don’t buy into the nerds, you won’t have much to eat.
