Spanish meat dishes are like mexican food with a few twists. I like my meat on a plate with a side of rice and black beans and a bit of a salsa, but I think I could do without the meat. I want to eat with my hands to get the most nutrients and flavor into my body, so eating on my plate is out of the question.
