What is the point of having a carnival, you might ask. I don’t have a clue, but perhaps that is the point. Maybe that’s why I love all things carnival. Maybe that’s why I love all things carnival. But I digress.
In the carnival world, it is the purpose of a carnival to be a place for carnies to get naked and dance to music. It is a place of fun and entertainment for people who are not too bright. In Deathloop, though, it becomes an actual living organism that must be defended against. The carnies are the ones that have been infected by the Visionaries, and they have no idea what they are doing.
You never know. If they make it out, they may go on to do great things. If they don’t, they’ll end up in jail or dead. I’m not sure which is worse, but I’m sure it’s not good.
Deathloop is a great place to see a carnival of people who are very different from you, but it’s also a place where people in your group can go. Of course, you can just join the party if you like, but the real fun starts when you fight with people who are not as smart as you are.

As you may have guessed, Deathloop is a very different place from the regular carnival in the game, and it was really fun to see the carnival from the perspective of people who aren’t as smart as you are. While you can’t join, you can still play with people who aren’t as smart you are. Of course, you can just join the party if you like, but the real fun starts when you fight with people who are not as smart you are.
What’s more, Deathloop is the kind of thing where you can play with people who are not as smart as you are, so when you start off, you’ll probably feel like you’ve been bumped up in the world. That’s because you can create your own “willingness” to be smart, and when you start playing, you’ll probably feel like you have the ability to be smarter than anyone else.
In Deathloop we get a chance to see a real-life carnival that takes a break from being silly and has people that arent as smart as you are. Because that makes our character, Colt Vahn, a little bit smarter. But it also makes his friends and enemies smarter too. And this is a good thing.

Colt Vahn is an amnesiac who seems to have woken up on a beach with no memory of why he’s on Deathloop’s party island, Blackreef. That’s okay though because someone has left him vague messages in the sky about what to do. Our goal in Deathloop is to take out eight Visionaries, intelligent party-lovers who’ve locked an island into one repeating day so they can piss about for eternity.
