I am a sucker for a good beach getaway, and I have taken many a trip with my family and friends, so the idea of a seaside family RV park, with beautiful sandy beaches and a wide range of lodging, is an easy one to get excited about. The only problem is deciding to build a new home in a new town with a new look, new amenities, and new challenges is not an easy task, especially if you’re from the Midwest or Southern Plains.
Yes, this is a problem with many new residents, but it is one that can be solved with a little creativity and hard work. The reality is that this is something that can be done for the cost of a new home in a new town without having to tear your old one down and start over. The only thing that you will need to make the new town more appealing is the desire to move there.
If you don’t have that desire, then you might want to hire a professional landscape architect. Just like other aspects of Florida real estate, the process of creating a new seashore will take you back to the days of the old-school landscape architects. You can still have a beautiful oceanfront home on the ocean, but maybe you want to leave some of the old charm behind.
When it comes to seashores, there are two major types: natural seashores and man-made. Natural seashores have a natural sea, which is why they have a coastline. The only difference between these types of seashores are the rocks of the beach. Man-made seashores are almost always artificial.

A few years ago we found ourselves on a beach somewhere in southern Florida, where the water was so clean that the shoreline was completely devoid of stones. This beach was one of a few, so we set our sights on one called Seaside Florida RV Park. The best part about this location is that it is in a secluded spot with a natural beach. A few miles into our journey, the park has this gorgeous, man-made beach located right on the ocean.
The beach is really, really, really gorgeous. It’s like any beach that’s made of sand, concrete, or concrete and sand. It is very clean and very sandy. You can walk along the shoreline and watch the waves crash back and forth, or you can just sit in the sun and relax, totally content with your surroundings. Of course, there is no way to get to the beach from the park.
The park is so beautiful that we took full advantage of that. We visited the park, saw lots of cute little banyans and a few palm trees. We sat on the beach and enjoyed a few of the activities available at the park. But all in all, we were content enough just being there.
Most of us are just happy to be there. But there are those of us who are just not happy there at all. That’s what I mean by “seaside florida rv park.” We can’t stand that. The park itself is beautiful. We went to the park to take in the landscape and watch the waves crash. But we were just not happy with our surroundings.
This is the perfect example of how to really get to know your new house: we could have been there for a week and come out feeling like we just had a great time. But we didn’t. We just didn’t.
