I am going to spend this week in Saigon, Vietnam. I have never been and I am a big fan of the cuisine and culture. I have heard a lot of people say that it’s the best food they’ve ever had and it’s probably true. I’m excited to see what this city has to offer and I’m looking forward to getting a bit of a taste of the food culture.
