It’s been a long time since we’ve had much space here. I have since moved to a much larger apartment where I now have a spacious loft. It’s been a little while since we’ve had any space, and I’m wondering if we could get some more room with this project. I would love to have room to store more than just our clothes and stuff.

We plan on doing it with just a couple of people. We’ll need a couple of more space to run and grow, but we hope to start the project with just those two. We will not be making this into a “rental” apartment, we will be making it our home, so we hope to rent it out. We want to provide the space for renters in our community to live comfortably and enjoy a few things from the home while we work on it.
