I like to use rope pushdown in the shower if I need a little extra assistance. It’s fun to see your body go from full-on resistance to a more streamlined form. I like the way I can get more of a “body stretch” while pushing down with my hands.
The rope pushdown form doesn’t get as much love as I’d like, but for a very different application it’s a fine addition. One of the benefits of rope pushdown is that it is a very forgiving exercise. If you’ve ever tried pushing down with your feet while weightlifting, you know that it is much more difficult to get the right amount of stretch in your body.
So I found a video of this form workout at my gym. It’s a combination of a pulldown and a pushdown, but the pulldown is a little harder because you use your legs to get the stretch. I have to say, I was a bit surprised by the stretch I felt when I did the pushdown. It felt as though my body was becoming more compact. I think this would be a great addition to a routine like this one.
You can always use your legs to get the stretch if you don’t want to do the pushdown. I’ve seen a couple videos of guys doing a pulldown form against a wall, and it didn’t do much for me. I think it would be much more comfortable and less strenuous if you just did a pushdown.
Personally I feel that the pushdown is more strenuous than the pulldown because it requires more use of your body. Pushdown is more about stretching out your muscles than pulling your stomach in.
Maybe a pushdown would be better for you, but rope pushdowns are not for everyone. I prefer the pulldown form. It’s more enjoyable and more comfortable.
Again, rope pushdowns are not for everyone. But for some, they just may be the most effective way to get a lot of work done. So if you want to get some work done, you might want to give your body a little workout. It’s not very strenuous, and it probably won’t hurt.
There are a lot of different types of pushdown workouts. They range from a simple one that will only get you a couple of reps to a full-on exercise that will get your body as tight as an electric cable. It can be done with just your body weight, with dumbells, or with various machines. Just like your body, your exercise regimen is personal.
One of the best exercises to use for pushdown is the “roped pushdown”. I’ve seen this technique do wonders for my own body.

The key is to use a rope to get a good hold and then use your body weight to push your body up, and then use your body weight to push your body down. The rope makes this an even more effective way to get your body into a pushdown workout.
