My love of radio started in my formative years when I listened to the NPR show “WTF With Marc Maron.” While listening to the show, I learned to appreciate the great programming that was offered in the 90’s through the years of the 90’s. I continued to listen to the show each week through the years, and when I heard the show that featured Jeff Foxworthy, I was hooked.
I was listening to Porto for the first time, but I already knew what I was getting into. From my perspective, the show was about the Portuguese people in the United States, and the show featured Jeff Foxworthy performing in a Porto restaurant called O Corvo. Porto is a city on Portugal’s southern western coast, and it’s a place I was always curious about. The fact that the show was hosted by someone with a Portuguese accent made it all the more interesting.
You won’t want to miss the end of the show when Jeff Foxworthy plays a note of Portuguese music. He plays the song “Meus Amores, Cinco Nomes”, which was written by Portuguese composer Pedro Azevedo, and it is the only song I’ve heard on Porto’s show. Even though I already knew what I was getting into, I was immediately hooked, and I was so glad to see Jeff Foxworthy back.
The show itself is funny and interesting at the same time. It has some Portuguese music in the background, which is what makes it all the more interesting. It is a show about Portuguese language, and Jeff Foxworthy is the host of the show. For those of you who don’t know, Portuguese is a language that has its roots in Africa and it has around 20 million native speakers. It is spoken all over central and southern Europe, but also in South America, Africa, and the Americas.
I find it hard to believe that Jeff Foxworthy is a native Portuguese speaker. That would be like saying that I am a member of a club that is predominantly made up of people who are born in Germany. It’s something that I find quite fascinating and I hope that I am wrong about this, because I would like to talk about this further.
I’m not so sure about that. I don’t think that being born in Germany is a requirement to speak the language that you speak, but I think it’s interesting that it is the language that I speak.
Well, what you are saying is that you know a lot of Portuguese words, and you even have a name for one of them. And from what we can see in the trailer, its still in Portuguese. I think that one of the reasons why we would be surprised that Jeff Foxworthy is a native Portuguese speaker is because the majority of Portuguese speakers aren’t of Portuguese descent.
You know what I love about this trailer is that the people who speak English have been replaced by people who speak Portuguese. And even more so, they are a lot younger. It makes me think that Jeff Foxworthy is one of those guys who has a unique cultural identity, who is also completely English-distant.
That is, if you think about it, the guy who speaks the language of most people is the same guy who plays the biggest role in American pop culture, and that makes him a very interesting candidate for the title “Portuguese radio.
Well, I have to say, I have to say, I am not all that impressed with this new trailer. In fact, I almost want to give the team the finger and say it’s an insult to Portuguese culture, but I’m not convinced yet. A few things. First of all, in the first one-minute scene, the people who speak Portuguese (or Brazilian) have been replaced by the people who speak English. So maybe the new trailer is a lot better.
