This was a very simple, delicious, and very delicious meal in a very simple, delicious, and very delicious location. The flavors and the ingredients were right on. The only thing I wish I had asked for was some fresh pasta and a great glass of wine because I would have made it that much better.

The owners, who also run a wine shop that I’m pretty sure is the best in the world, and who also own a restaurant in the entire city, really don’t do anything but make delicious food, and they also make great wine. Which is why I love to go there.
Pepper’s is a great place for you to take a friend for lunch while you’re on vacation. The food is really good, and you can just sit and enjoy the view of the ocean while eating.
The owners of peppes restaurant are two brothers named David and Michael. They have a website on which they describe themselves as “the world’s best and oldest restaurant in the whole world.” This is a nice touch for a restaurant that apparently cares about its quality. Peppers features a wide variety of dishes at great prices, and is also very friendly and relaxed.
The restaurant’s name is an homage to the peppes pepper (Piper methysticum) for which it is named. A lot of peppers are edible, but most are poisonous if consumed in high enough quantities. Peppers have a sweet flavor and a strong bite. People who eat a lot of peppers tend to have a sweet tooth, and are more likely to overeat.
Peppers isn’t quite the steakhouse I’m looking for, but it does have a fine selection of dishes, and is very friendly. The name is a little misleading, however. For those unfamiliar with the peppers, they are pepper peppers, a type of prickly pear cactus. They are related to the cactus Cactaceae, which includes the prickly pear cactus. I was at peppes for their famous appetizer, the “lunch bowl,” which is a little bit like the famous “pizza and chicken” dishes at places like Pizza Hut. They also have a selection of other plates (like the “three course meal” or the “four course meal”) as well as appetizer plates, and you can order them all in one sitting. The place is open from 11am to 4pm daily, with dinner being served until 9pm.
