Notability digital planners are the online equivalent of a real estate agent. They are computer-generated people that, although they don’t actually know how their plans are going to turn out, are very good at telling you what they think will be best. If you look at my profile, you can see that I’ve been on the market for the better part of a decade. I’ve been doing this because I knew the market would be tough.
It seems like the notability digital planners have a lot in common with the real estate agents we know from television, because they are, in fact, both computer-generated people. They are not necessarily the actual people who are making the plans. They are essentially a more sophisticated version of an agent because they do a lot of the legwork for you. Notability digital planners are usually in the business of selling you the best possible house, and the best house is, well, a house.
We all know that an agent will have a good feel for what you’re looking for in a house and the kind of house you want. And if they can’t get you the house you want, they won’t do it. But what does this to notability digital planners, who are basically just the guy who has access to the world’s data and knows how to sell the most complicated house, what does it to them? We have no idea.
Well, to most regular people who are looking for a house, notability digital planners are probably just a little bit creepy. Theyre selling you an online virtual reality camera that lets you see inside the home youre interested in. The idea is that if you can make a virtual representation of a house that represents all the right qualities, youve got yourself a real real estate agent.
Well, the idea is that the notability digital planner may be the closest thing to an actual real estate agent that youll get. But in reality, I feel like its basically a software program that can make a virtual representation of a house that will allow you to see the interior of the house. But like we said, I have no idea.
The notability digital planner is a very cool idea. It might take you years to realize it, but if youre an interior designer, interior decorator, or real estate agent then it should be easy to put together a virtual representation of an actual house. You probably won’t be able to make a perfect replica, but you’ll be able to get a really good idea of what it looks and feels like in the real world.
It’s not that I don’t care about the accuracy of this idea. I do. But I think it’s still a little too much of a pipe dream. The digital representation of a house would be an amazing way to make your home appear to be unique and personal, and I don’t think we’re ready to make that type of change.
You can’t put a digital representation of your house into a digital app and expect people to be able to feel it. People don’t know what they’re looking at when they stare at a screen, and it does nothing to communicate to your guests that your home is unique. Your guests will just see a digital recreation of a home that they can walk by and don’t really know what they’re seeing.
The best thing about this technology is that it only takes a second to create a digital representation of your home. The problem is that because people will always find ways to copy your home, your digital representation will not be as unique or interesting. It will be just a flat image that your guests can look at and say, “hey this is not real.
