This is one of those posts that doesn’t really show up in my feed or inbox, but it’s one that I’d love to see every once in a while. This was brought to my attention by a comment I left on the blog, and I think it’s an important post for anyone who wants to be more mindful of what they are doing in their day.
The first comment I read was from somebody who said, “I used to get so mad when I had to do chores. Now I just feel like an ass. Every time I’m about to get up in the morning, I’m so tired I feel like I need to pee.” I got a little upset at being reminded that I’m not alone and I don’t need to do any of this, but I think this is a pretty good thing to share.
Its a pretty good thing to share. People like to feel like they are doing their part to take care of themselves when they feel like they are not doing their part. I think its an important thing to share, even if you feel like some people will think you are not doing your part.
There’s no doubt that the amount of time we spend doing the things that make us feel we can “take care of ourselves” can be draining. We are so conditioned to think that there is nothing we can do to take care of ourselves that we have forgotten that ‘taking care of ourselves’ can actually be a very big thing. We have to take care of ourselves in order to take care of ourselves.
What you can do to take care of yourself is to be aware of your body, what you eat, how you sleep, what you avoid, etc. You can also take care of yourself in a more active way. The best way I think to describe it is to think of a trip to the gym. The gym is a place that you go where you exercise, but you also have to take care of your muscles in a way that helps them work better, not harm you.
The same applies to our bodies. We want to be as healthy and strong as possible, but we also have to take care of ourselves in a way that keeps us from getting hurt. Our bodies are made to work for us, not to harm us. We can have a workout routine that keeps us in great shape, but when we get out of our routine we need to make sure we’re not harming ourselves.
We are not meant to be active in our youth, or even our twenties. In fact, we can be more active throughout our lives, but most of the time we are in a sedentary state for most of the time. Our bodies need to be in a state of readiness for us to be our best selves.
In a world where we are constantly moving and fighting to stay on our feet and in good shape, it’s so easy to forget to make sure our bodies are ready for us. We need to make sure that our bodies are not going to waste away when we’re not working out.
Because being active in our youth is important, it can be easy to forget to do it throughout our lives. And if that is the case, we are less likely to be able to make use of our bodies when we are older. But being active throughout our lives is an important part of being present in our day to day life.
In the past, our children’s bodies have been a place where we can spend time and time again. They have been a place where we can learn new things, play new games, and maybe even discover that we didn’t know they existed before. But today, our kids are just not that active in their day to day lives. We are too busy with our lives. They are not, so they can’t play games or explore new places.
