Goodnight, my little one! It always takes me a while to adjust to the fact that I can’t talk to my kids, friends, family, or co-workers and get a response. Not only that, but I’m usually not quite ready for bed. I need to figure out what to say so that I can be understood.
Well, if you have kids, then you probably know that saying goodnight, goodnight, goodnight is a pretty universal greeting. In fact, we can all say goodnight, goodnight, goodnight with no problem. It just takes a little more practice. The trick is to ask questions.
Goodnight. Goodnight. Goodnight. It might sound a little bit odd, but it’s actually a really common greeting in the U.S. and other English speaking countries. The most common way to say goodnight is by saying “NEEEEE”.
The same goes for saying goodnight in german. NEEEEE. NEEEEE. NEEEEE. This is actually a common practice in some countries, but not in the United States. In the U.S. you have to say NEEEEE by voice, and then repeat the word in a louder voice.
Another common trick is to say it by saying NEEEEE in a whisper, and then making a little bow to the person you’re talking to.
I think most people will still find this one of the easiest ways to say goodnight. This is especially true for people who only speak English, and not German.
NEEEEE is also the name of a famous song written by the singer Paul Anka in the 1970s. It’s about a girl whose father’s death has left her and her sister with nothing, and she has to go back to the place where she grew up. Although the song is about a girl growing up in the U.S., it clearly applies to the U.K., as well.
In the video above, I just watched my german, so I’m not sure what to say about the song. It has a really cool melody, though.
You might think that the sad, heart-wrenching song is a sad song because its only about a girl growing up in the U.S. but it’s actually about the U.K. I mean, it’s about a girl growing up in the U.K. but it’s also about a girl growing up in Germany.
