The reason you shouldnt, is because the toilet in the Euro country you are in has the same design as the toilet in the US, and youll be using it the same way. A European toilet has a built-in toilet paper dispenser. Also, you shouldnt be using a toilet that is made of plastic, youll get germy stuff on it.
So you see, if you go to a toilet in Europe, you are actually using a toilet that was designed in the US. And you can’t change it, because the toilet manufacturers don’t want you to.
So if you want to avoid that, you shouldnt be in a toilet in Europe.
It’s a bit of a grey area, but it’s best to go with your gut. If you’re in Europe and your toilet is made of plastic, then it’s probably better to go with that option. If you’re in the US then you should go with the traditional option.
It is not as grey as it seems though. In Europe, the toilet manufacturers are making money by selling you toilet paper that is made out of toilet paper itself, not toilet paper itself that is made out of plastic. A toilet can cost anywhere from $10-$150, but if you want more than a $10 toilet paper you will need to go to a toilet shop which will cost you an extra $100. So its not as difficult as you think.

In a way, toilet paper is just a big plastic tube that was once made out of plastic. It is now made out of plastic. But it is still a toilet paper.
