When I started this blog I wanted to be able to make informed decisions about food and dining. I wanted to know the facts and be able to make choices based on what I’ve experienced. I’m still trying to figure out what that means.
One of the things that Ive figured out over the last few years is that it is actually very important to know a lot about what you are eating. Even though most of it is probably bad for you, you should understand it, and be able to make a good choice. I’ve learned a lot about what foods are good for me, and what foods are bad, and how to avoid them. This is just the beginning of what I want to be able to do.
The first thing that I have figured out is that I have a limited palate. For example, I like chocolate, and I like a good steak, and I like eggs. Thats it. I also know that if I like a certain thing, I should probably do it all the time. For example, if I like a steak, I should probably always have a steak in the house for when I go out.
One of the most important things that I have come to learn is that when you eat certain foods, they have a habit forming effect on you. Think about it. If I get a steak for lunch, I should probably have a steak on my way home from the office. I should probably have some fruit and a piece of cheese for dinner. Thats just what I think. The more I eat, the more I understand that this is the way that a certain food acts on me.
If you think about it, it would make sense that certain foods are more likely to form habits. It also makes sense that certain foods have a tendency to affect us in ways we may not even realize. We all have a certain kind of food that we have a tendency to associate with certain emotions for instance. The problem is that just because someone has a certain kind of food doesn’t mean they are the person who is most vulnerable to that kind of emotion.
For instance, this might be an example of a food that affects us in a negative way, but we don’t know that we would automatically associate that with some sort of negative emotion. When we eat that food we automatically associate it with sadness, anger, or despair. What if that isnt the case? What if we actually had a tendency to eat that food, but we didnt know we have that tendency? Then it might affect us in a way we dont even realize.
I think this can be a very tricky situation to analyze. When we eat, we usually associate certain emotions with certain foods, but we dont know we have that tendency. A lot of times we really just have a vague idea of what a food might taste like, but we dont know it has that effect on us. In general, I think this is a very hard thing to quantify because we dont know if the food actually does affect us in a way we dont even realize.
The point of this piece is that we all have a tendency to eat certain foods, and yet we cant pinpoint why. I think the reason we dont know is because we dont want to think about the effect that food might have on us.
This is why food is so popular. The thing about food is that we cant really understand it in a way that we dont have a specific effect on our bodies and minds. For example, Ive had the same Coke for the entire day, and yet I cant really pinpoint if its making me fat or if I just dont like Coke. So that means that there is this tendency that we cannt even pinpoint, but rather like an automatic behavior, so we cant really track it down.
Food is a good example of this. When I eat, I feel like I have a lot of energy, I tend to stay up when I eat, and I feel full a lot. The problem is that its hard to track these things down. You eat at a restaurant, and in that moment you decide that you will eat. You eat because you want to, and you feel good about your decision, but when you get home, you dont even think about how your food tasted.
