We worked with Tastes Restaurant Group to create the concept, which will be located in our own Houston Heights location. They are looking to expand into the Katy (and really anywhere near Houston, Texas) in the not too distant future. The first thing I noticed when I saw this was how creative the concept is, and also how very unique. It’s so unique that I think the people who work there will be blown away. I think it’s going to be a fun place to go to and they are going to make it the most exciting location in Houston.
Well, like many other restaurants, the concept of the restaurant is very simple. It’s just a place where you can go and have a good meal, drink and have a good conversation. Well, unlike at some other restaurants, the draw here is a family, and they want to keep it that way. The draw is the family, and the draw is the community.
I’ve lived in Houston for a long time, but its always seemed like they were on the down-low with the restaurant. So it’s fun to see their progress. They are now hiring two waitresses, and they have an opening for an Executive Chef. And they have hired a few waiters, too. As if you would expect anything less from a family restaurant.
Well, the fact that the waitresses and waiters are both women is pretty awesome. I mean, who wants to see a kitchen full of women? For a more serious restaurant, the waitresses and waiters can both be men, so it doesn’t really matter. And a lot of the stuff they do is pretty cool too. I mean, waiters are cool, but waitresses are even more fun.
