Cartagena Spain has some of the world’s best beaches, but not all of them. To find the best, I took a trip to La Manga, a small town in the south of Cartagena. La Manga was my first stop, so I got to pick a few different places to hike, swim, and dive. As is the case with most places in Cartagena, the locals were friendly and welcoming.
