I am a big fan of bazzini because it is the Italian version of a steak and it is a meal that is made easy, simple, and elegant. The ingredients are simple and the flavors are amazing. There is something about the way that the pasta’s sauce and the pasta are mixed together that brings out the best in pasta as well as the rest of the dish.
The dish itself is simple and delicious, however the pastas are made and mixed by Chef Andrea Piacentini, a former chef and the owner of bazzini. You can definitely tell that he is a great chef, because he has a very personal style and takes great pride in the ingredients he uses. In this case, you can tell that there is a lot of love put into the pastas, which is a good thing because they are made from real Italian ingredients.
