I’m obsessed with the idea of my home being a sanctuary, so I love the idea of being surrounded by beautiful flowers and grass. I also love to create things for the home, so I’m always on the hunt for things like garden gnomes and birdbaths. As soon as I see something that I would like to make, I usually have a blast making it. I may even find myself making a couple of the things mentioned here in the meantime.
I have a few rules when it comes to making things in my home. One of them is that I always try to make things that will last for years. I also try to make things that have a lot of personality. I try to make things that mean something to me, and I try not to make things just to be cool.

I have lots of the latter. One of my very favorite things I’ve made so far is a birdbath out of PVC pipe, metal pipe, and PVC pipe. It’s about 2 feet tall and as long as my arm. It’s made out of a few different materials, and is basically just a bunch of pipes glued together. It has a really cool effect too.
