As an associate of the Law Office of John P. Gallagher, PA, I provide legal services and other legal assistance to clients in the areas of real estate law, business law, estate planning, real estate finance, and trust administration.
I help individuals and families who have questions about legal issues, the process of creating estate plans, or any other legal issue. I provide legal counsel and advice.
I am an attorney licensed to practice in New York State, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, and Virginia. I have been in the Real Estate profession for over 40 years and have been engaged in real estate law for over 20 years. I am board certified in estate planning, probate, and trust administration. My practice is also devoted to helping clients who are seeking legal representation regarding estate planning and administration, real estate financing and business operations.
I am a member of the board of directors of a not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing educational programs in the field of real estate, and have been the chair of the board for the past three years. I also own and manage a building management company. I have helped business owners and investors in the state of Massachusetts negotiate the many complicated aspects of business formation.
This past year I have also been active in helping people with estate planning and administration through the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Massachusetts Real Estate Board, and the Massachusetts Department of State.
I have a background in real estate law as well as being a real estate and construction attorney. I have been active in Massachusetts real estate law for 17 years. I was also a real estate and construction attorney for seven years.
Most real estate lawyers will have a special interest in specific aspects of the law, such as commercial real estate law, construction law, or probate law. I’m not sure if my background qualifies me to give you a legal opinion, but I do have a specialty in estate planning and administration. I also have an interest in estate planning for non-residents.
